With all the complaints we have received about these communities and the HOA not doing their jobs and failing the communities. Don't you think it's time to replace them.
The communities are not THRIVING YOU NEVER SEE ANY NEW PROJECTS NOR ACTIVITIES FOR THE PEOPLE. NOR ANY MEETINGS. PER BY-LAWS THERE SUPPOSE TO BE AT LEAST 1 ANNUAL MEETING. You can have more than just one.

The Advocates cannot be on the BOARD AS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST BUT WE CAN HELP GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS OF ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW ONE. YOU NEED AT LEAST 4 TO 5 QUALIFIED PEOPLE. THAT HAS NOT HAD A FELONY WITHIN THE PAST 10 YEARS. Must live in the area. In our communicates we have various races and creeds of people living in FRESNO, TEXAS.WHICH THE BOARDS NEED TO BE MADE UP OF, NOT JUST ONE RACE.

WHEN THE LAST TIME YOU BEEN TO AN HOA MEETING. IT APPEARS THAT SOMETHING IS DESPERATELY WRONG OUT HERE.  SOMEONE STATED BECAUSE THE PEOPLE  GOT CONFUSED WHERE THEY ARE LIVING . AND THAT IS WHY THE MONUMENTS WERE DEMOLISHED. THE MONUMENTS HAVE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS. IF THIS WAS THE CASE WHY THE BACK MONUMENT IN THE VILLAGES WERE NOT KNOCKED DOWN?
Every community has monuments.

DON'T YOU THINK ITS TIME FOR A NEW
BOARD AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY?  AFTER A WHILE YOUR COMMUNITY GO BE LOOKING LIKE 4TH WARD AND SUNNY SIDE. EVERY SUBDIVISION HAS MONUMENTS.  I ASSUME NEXT THE PLAYGROUND GO BE KNOCKED DOWN NEXT. MY OPINION IN COULD ALL OF THIS BE  SOMEONE ON THE BOARD IS NEEDING MONEY AND PUTTING ON THE BOOKS ONE PRICE AND SOMETHING ELSE IS BEING DONE. WELL AS A HOMEOWNER YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEE THE BOOKS. AND THE ORIGINAL DOUCEMENT. NOT COPIES.IN MY OPINION THERE ARE SO MANY LAWSUITS FLYING AROUND WITH THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND  MAYBE THEIR ATTORNEY  IS NEEDING MORE MONEY. ( A lot of you don't know what's going on behind the scenes) THERE SHOULD BE ANOTHER MONUMENT PLACED IN THE SPOT. IS THE COMMUNITY IN A WHOLE HAPPY WITH WHATS THERE NOW? NOW, IS THE TIME TO VOICE YOUR CONCERN AND OPINIONS.

A few years ago, an Attorney was
 ripping off the Homeowners in Winfield Lakes overcharging them such as a bill for a few hundred dollars turn into thousands of dollars. It was also rumors that the Board Members were getting KICKBACKS from the attorney. THE ATTORNEY WAS RELEASED AND FIRED
 
MY QUESTION IS WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY GOING WITH THESE LAWSUITS? The COMMUNITY IS NOT SHOWING A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS.

THERE SHOULD BE MEDIATION BEFORE A LAWSUIT IS FILED

It's very strange of Teal Run North Monuments signs have been knocked down. And now someone posted about we are all one out here in Teal Run that's a lie. Every entity is different. IF TEAL RUN GMA IS GETTING RID OF REALM MANAGEMENT COOMPANY TO MANAGE TEAL RUN GMA.
I do hope that they will not chose TRIQUEST. They are tearing up our community.  We wait to hear from Attorney Chris Archambault.

As past email, we are now asking for the WRITTEN MINUTES of the last meeting of 2023 up until February 2024. 


There has been posting on Next Door App concerning various ALLEGED MEETINGS ON THE DISCUSSION OF REMOVAL OF THE FRONT SUBDIVISION MONUMENTS.

Please see EXHIBITS#(A) (B) BELOW! The monuments have been there for years and for them to be DEMOLISHED and nothing is being replaced as a LANDMARK of identification of the community is not right. It looks like the HOA is destroying the community instead of building it up. 

Every other COMMUNITY in FRESNO have a FRONT ENTRANCE MONUMENT SIGN. It's in question was the MONUMENTS removed because of KICKBACKS UNDERCOVER?  

Why does the BOARD MEMBERS KEEP HIRING TRIQUEST WHO IS JUST ONE PERSON MANAGEMENT. Who lives on my block to manage the area? Is this not a conflict of interest? 

 In my opinion one person should not be managing a large area of over 1100 homes and receiving estimate of about $700K a year. How does the people know all what the MANAGEMENT COMPANY and BOARD MEMBERS are doing with the people HARD EARN MONEY?
THE BOARD MEMBERS ARE ONLY a few people. It looks like Teal Run North is a SCAM. Most management companies re made up of various people.

THE COMMUNITY SHOULD LOOK GREAT with this kind of money coming in every year. There should not be a problem of replacement of a more MODERN MONUMENT SIGNS IN THE COMMUNITIES STATING TEAL RUN NORTH. We give you all 2 months to replace the monuments.

Right now, it looks like you all are DEMOLISHING THE COMMUNITY INSTEAD OF BUILDING IT UP. Every community has MONUMENTS in their front entrances.

Someone also posted about Ms. Morgan the director of ADVOCATES OF FRESNO is asking people of the WHITE RACE to be on the BOARD of TEAL RUN. The advocates do not discriminate. Nor know the person who wrote the comments.  There are a variety of Spanish People along with a few Caucasians in the area.

WHY TEAL RUN NORTH BOARD DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER RACE OF PEOPLE AS BOARD MEMBERS? THESE ISSUES HAS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.
